Broadbean Exports From Australia Sustain Firm Tone
PANAMA - Jun 6/24 - SNS -- Australia's shipments of broadbeans during April rose slightly versus the previous month, judging from data from Australia Bureau of Statistics.
Export sales reached 69,094 metric tons (MT) during the month, up 14% from the 60,634 MT shipped the previous month. Exports so far total 334,052 MT, versus 235,561 in the same period the previous marketing year.
Egypt was the number one buyer, taking 54,326 MT. Saudi Arabia was the second most important buyer taking 3,588 MT, followed by India at 1,935 MT.
