PANAMA - Aug 2/24 - SNS --North American mustard seed markets were largely unchanged during the past week, with participants paying attention to ongoing crop development.
There is some concern that recent hot and dry conditions in a large part of the growing area in western Canada will have an impact on average yields because many fields are maturing more quickly than normal.
This years mustard seed harvest has yet to get underway. As the week got underway, one of Saskatchewan's crop was ready to be harvested.
