Millet Grower Price Review in U.S.
VANCOUVER - Sep 11/24 - STAT -- American Millet markets finished the 2023-24 marketing year with prices offered to growers falling 46% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Millet was USD$7.81 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $14.33 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $10.40 per cwt in September, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $7.00 per cwt in April.
