Dark Red Kidney Dealer Price Review in U.S.
VANCOUVER - Sep 11/24 - STAT -- U.S. Dark Red Kidney markets finished the 2023-24 marketing year with prices falling 4% below the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
The average trading level for Dark Red Kidney was USD$53.73 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual market value of $56.14 during the previous three year period for machine dressed merchandise packed in bags on an FOB plant basis.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $58.00 per cwt in June, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $50.25 per cwt in August.
