Kidney Bean Exports From Argentina Reveal Improved Performance
PANAMA - Sep 23/24 - SNS -- At this point in the calendar year recorded a better performance, with kidney bean movement from Argentina rocketed compared to the previous month in July, judging from trade statistics from Instituto Nacional de Estadistica y Censos.
Shipments during the month reached 17,424 metric tons (MT), up from 5,561 MT the previous month. This increased exports so far during the calendar year to 76,072, down 51% last year.
Recent movement statistics showed Mexico was most important destination, receiving 7,639 MT in the month. Brazil was the second most important buyer buying 3,423 MT, followed by Portugal at 1,347 MT.
