Desi Chickpeas Cautiously Firm
PANAMA - Sep 27/24 - SNS -- Global chickpea markets closed out the week's trading on a moderately mixed note.
Australian desi chickpea markets maintained their firm tone in seasonlly limited trading activity in both export and domestic markets.
Some harvest activity is being reported in the earliest sown fields, though the main part of the harvest is not expected to start until the last half of October.
