PANAMA - Oct 11/24 - SNS -- Mustard seed markets retained its recent volatility during the past week.
Market participation by growers and processors has been somewhat limited. Growers who completed their harvest need to be encouraged to open bins to deliver product, whereas some are trying to sell to create bin space
Similarly, processors and exporters seem to only participate in open markets when they need to fill gaps in short term shipping commitments.
