PANAMA - Oct 18/24 - SNS -- Global chickpea markets were little changed in relatively light trading activity during the past week.
At current values, there is a sense more kabuli chickpea buyers are entering markets on an as needed basis, resulting a reduction in overall activity.
Available supplies of larger caliber chickpeas are more limited than initially expected because a larger than normal proportion of small caliber kabuli from the U.S. and Canadian harvests.
