PANAMA - Nov 8/24 - SNS -- Chickpea markets maintained their relatively firm tone through the past week.
Markets for kabuli type remain relatively stable because of limited competition for demand for large caliber product.
However, there is some expectation spreads between large and small caliber kabuli types will widen as the proportion of small to large steadily increases until next year's harvest in India and Turkey.
