China's Sunflower Seed Exports Maintain Firm Trend
PANAMA - Jan 13/25 - SNS -- China's exports of sunflower seeds during November jumped versus the previous month, judging from data from General Customs Administration of China.
Shipments reached 49,837 metric tons (MT) for the month, up 37% from the 36,444 MT shipped the previous month. Shipments so far total 413,571 MT, compared to 394,299 in the same period the last calendar year.
The most important importer for the month was Iraq, taking 9,227 MT. Iran was the second most important consumer buying 7,868 MT, followed by Vietnam at 3,649 MT.
