Field Pea Imports By Spain Maintain Weak Tendency
PANAMA - Jan 16/25 - SNS -- Spain's imports of field peas in November fell versus the previous month, judging from data from Eurostat.
Imports totalled 4,579 metric tons (MT) in the month, down 60% from the 11,439 MT exported the previous month. Imports so far total 120,393 MT, compared to 559,325 in the same period the last calendar year.
Lithuania was the number one shipper during the month, shipping 3,300 MT. France was the second most important exporter selling 867 MT, followed by Canada at 355 MT.
