PANAMA - Jan 17/25 - SNS -- North American mustard seed markets were unchanged on the week, with supplies available from farmers remaining in balance with the immediate needs of processors and exporters.
Market participants in Canada were somewhat distracted by this year's crop production show in Saskatchewan and the annual meeting of the Saskatchewan Mustard Development Commission.
Farmers attending the meeting were reminded of the fact output in Canada was up over the previous year while the export potential for the crop remains muted.
